  • We support individuals who need assistance with housing and related care services — including those experiencing homelessness, at risk of homelessness, living with mental health challenges, or requiring supported accommodation to maintain independence.

  • Referrals can be made by professionals, family members, or the individuals themselves. Simply complete our Referral Form or contact us directly via phone or email, and our team will guide you through the next steps.

  • While we are not an emergency shelter, we do our best to respond quickly to urgent referrals. If immediate support is needed, we recommend contacting local emergency housing services or the local authority — and we’re happy to coordinate follow-up care where possible.

  • Yes, we work in partnership with local councils and other support agencies to ensure our clients receive coordinated, comprehensive care that meets their housing and wellbeing needs.

  • Absolutely. We understand that many of those who need our services may not have a permanent address. We can still assess their needs and explore appropriate support options to help them move toward stable housing.
